Works great. Does what it says its going to do. Better than having to go on the website. So much faster.

Love this app. Ive used it for the past 2 years to track my refund status. Works just as it should. Keep in in mind that it takes 24 hrs to update your information so you wont be able to view Info the same day your refund was accepted. :)

App works just fine for me. For those getting an error message or the app says No Information... make sure youre putting in ONLY the federal refund amount in the box (dont put the grand total for federal and state combined).

This app does exactly what it is intended to do! Super quick way to keep track of the status of your refund! I think all the negative reviews for this app are come from operator errors, not errors with the app. If you dont put in the exact dollar amount down to the cent and the same filing status that you put on your return, then you are going to get an error message from the app; which would mean user error! Awesome app

Love this app but when is my date gonna be available? It tells you to check after 24 hours after it was accepted but its been 2 weeks. Dont say 24 hours knowing its gonna be 21 days!!

I tried checking my refund and for the past week it says " we are sorry wheres my refund is currently unavailable please try wheres my refund again later"

It does what its suppose to do. All these other reviews seems to be the users fault and not the software.

Just gives an error, "Wheres my refund is unavailable. Please try wheres my refund again later".

Keeps telling me my information isnt correct.

Does exactly what it says, if youre having issues with it, its user error 100%. You have to wait AT LEAST 24 hours, not up to, at least 24 hours until your return will be received and the app can give you your status. Instructions NOT unclear.

All the good reviews you see on here are from the creators of the app and friends and family sorry to say but this is just a crappy app sorry

App is pretty cool, been using it for two years now.

Love the app! You can quickly see the status of your refund. It also gives options for paying your taxes or getting tax assistance.

Works perfectly fine for me. Crashed once but uninstalled and reinstalled and its great.

App does nothing other than tell you that your refund is processing. It is designed to keep you from calling the IRS. I am 4 days from my projected 21 day refund date, and I am still only told it is being processed.
